So.... Where do you want to eat?

Updated: May 15, 2020

Okay, okay. We have all been there. Going on yelp, typing in cool restaurants in the area, and searching endlessly not knowing what or where we want to eat. Instagram worthy spots, delicious and savory spots, budget friendly spots, etc. When we want to go out with friends, on a date, or with family, we are deciding what spot to go to. I have made lists in the past, but here is my go to with my favorite places in Las Vegas.

HAPPY HOURS/BRUNCH/LUNCH/DINNER

Herbs and Rye: A staple in Las Vegas. If you live here, or have traveled to Vegas, I am sure you've tried this place or at least a handful of people mentioned. Try for yourself, you'll see why. Happy hour is 5-8pm and midnight to close. Half off certain menu items and cocktails. They are closed on Sundays.

3713 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102

Cleaver: Herbs and Rye sister property. Slightly larger restaurant, so if Herbs is packed, head down the road to Cleaver. Some different menu items from Herbs, but same time for happy hour.

3900 Paradise Rd suite d-1, Las Vegas, NV 89169

Echo and Rig: A great spot for a girls brunch, date night, birthday, you name it. Their food is delicious. Sit out on the balcony if you can. Happy hour is 3-6pm and 10pm-1am except Sundays.

440 S Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89145

Monzu: My little hidden gem. All I could really say about this place is the fact that I probably go once a week. Once you go, you'll see why. Friendly staff, pizza is to die for, and craft cocktails that are amazing. Open for brunch, lunch and dinner.

6020 W Flamingo Rd #10, Las Vegas, NV 89103

Sparklings: Great spot for brunch or to grab a quick drink at the bar for happy hour. Decorated really cute, bring your girlfriends! Happy hour is 3-6pm and 11pm-2am.

Open for brunch, lunch and dinner.

8310 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139

Black Sheep: Sunday brunch 11am-2pm. Bottomless Mimosa, Bellini, or Rose for $20! Who can say no to that? Think tapas style for dinner, but every bite is to die for.

Open Monday through Saturday from 5-10pm.

8680 W Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89148

The Barrymore: Happy hour in the bar, lounge or patio from 5-7pm. Cool spot tucked away on the strip, great food, cocktails and live music on certain days. Take me with if you go!

Open from 5-10pm Monday through Sunday.

99 Convention Center Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Chef Marcs: Really great authentic Italian food! Such a cute little mom and pop shop. The chef likes to come out and greet his guests, super friendly guy and he explains the concept of his dishes. GO, GO, GO. Let me know what you think.

Open from 5-9:30pm Wednesdays & Thursdays, 5-10pm Fridays & Saturdays, 5-9pm Sundays.

8615 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117

Other Mama: Small plates but they are super tasty. This place is usually always busy especially during happy hour. Get there right at 5. Lol.

Happy hour is from 5-6pm.

Open from 5-10pm every day, but Friday and Saturday open 5-11pm.

3655 S Durango Dr #6, Las Vegas, NV 89147

Sen of Japan: AH, hands down best sushi restaurant in my opinion. Seafood is insane. Super fresh and very flavorful. Definitely an amazing spot for a date night. Happy hour is from 10:30pm-1:30am Monday through Saturday.

Open 5pm-1:30am every day except Sunday hours are 5-11:30pm.

8480 W Desert Inn Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89117

Tenaya Creek Brewery: Cannot go wrong with this place. Sometimes we all just wanna watch some sports, and drink a beer, am I right?

Monday through Friday 4-7pm.

Open 11am-midnight every day except Saturday and Sunday open 10am-midnight.

831 W Bonanza Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89106

Able Baker Brewery: Love this place. If these are still on the board, try the Coffee brown ale, Peachicot fruit ale, 5 Pepper porter, Winter warmer stout. There are still a ton I want to try, so you may see me there if you go!

Open 12pm-midnight, except Friday and Saturday open 12pm-1am.

1510 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89104

Hope this helps! A lot of these places are off the strip, or tucked away and not in a hotel/casino. Live like the locals do. If you have been to any other cool spots, tag me in them so I can try for myself and feature them in my next post!

Thanks for reading! xoxo
