Iron Deficiency Anemia

Writer's picture: foreveryseasunforeveryseasun

Hi everyone! I decided to make a post of my Iron Deficiency Anemia after fainting twice in the past two years. I am sure fainting could have been a number of other things as well such as: lack of water, too much heat, stress, etc. I am going to the doctor for blood work and to check my iron levels to see how much more of it I need to stay healthy. Below are some recommendations from friends that have Iron Deficiency Anemia and what works for them.

I also am big on natural remedies as much as possible. A friend of mine suggested lemon, german chamomile, and thyme essential oils help with anemia as well.

Aside from supplements, there are ways to increase iron levels by the foods we eat. Take with vitamin C to increase absorption.
